March 18th- March 24th 2012

Kailee loves to dress herself and picks out the funniest outfits. I don't like having clothing battles, so she usually gets to wear what she wants. 

Ellie wanted me to take a picture of her too. She is cute.

Ryan was officially offered the Operations Training Foreman position on Tuesday.... We thought he would have till the beginning of April or May in Training, but they said they would like him to start next week. We are both trying to have a good attitude about it. He keeps saying it is just a stepping stone to where he wants to be.

Since we both decided we need to have a good attitude about this job, I decided we would celebrate (as if it is something exciting and something that we really, really wanted)!
I think Ryan gets embarrassed about the signs and balloons. I feel like if we didn't celebrate "the little things" in life, we would never have anything to celebrate. Good thing he is a good sport.
